During 2021 Eurocommercial, together with internal ambassadors, Centre Management at Elins Esplanad and the agency Bulldozer, developed the creative concept Smakrådet at Elins Esplanad. The concept was founded 2020 by both Eurocommercial and students from Berghs School of Communication as a part of the students’ degree project.
Smakrådet is strictly in line with our long term strategy – to build strong relationships with our visitors, strengthen the internal team spirit, increase and improve customer service in our centres. Smakrådet embrace all parts and has become a campaign that has not only been received positively by our visitors but also strengthens the internal relations between the stores and creates strong ambassadors for the shopping centre.
