Elins Esplanad, Skövde

Elins Esplanad provides 40 shops and an ICA hypermarket and is the first shopping choice in Skövde and the Skaraborg region, serving a catchment of 240,000 people. Recent store openings include H&M, Cassels and a Nordic Wellness gym. Planning approval for a further 5,000m² GLA has been obtained and could provide 13 additional shops and restaurants.
